Leila Girard was born in Boston, but was raised largely in upstate New York. She developed an interest in performing at an early age and was enrolled in classes as well as auditioning for roles before she was out of elementary school. She studied privately as well as in college and was thrilled to have roles in Grease and Ten Little Indians, among others.

After a long break, Leila has dipped her toe into acting again with roles in Bjort Productions The Joneses and independently-produced television pilot OU2. She also works occasionally doing web commercials and jumping in as an extra on films whenever she gets a chance. Leila very much enjoyed her experience as prosecuting attorney "Andrea Johnson" on the film 27 Down and hopes it is as successful as it deserves to be.
