Steve started his professional writing career creating advertising copy for Spiegel Catalogs in Chicago in the mid-60s. He went on to write for the theater, film and theater reviews, feature articles for vacation and travel publications, television, radio and print commercials and corporate publications. While Steve has written other film scripts, 27 Down marks the first feature length script in production.
Steve is a graduate of the University of Miami theater department where he earned the "Best Actor" Award for his portrayal in the farce Hotel Paridiso. He has acted professionally in regional theaters, off-Broadway and television and radio commercials.
He is also an artist focusing on Pen & Ink drawings of homes and buildings, portraits, equestrian art, caricatures and cartoons. He lives with his wife Carol of 43 years in Kennebunk, Maine. They have three children ^ Josh, Noah and Gillian.
