A native of Nashua, NH, Thom studied acting at Ithaca College with a bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. Upon completion he appeared in several regional theatre productions in the greater Boston area and was seen several times in Spencer for Hire. With a background in modeling, Thom now spends most of his time as a personal trainer in a local gym. This affords him time to work on his Podcast Living Joyfully on iTunes while also lecturing and writing about leading a life that is rewarding in all facets: body, mind and spirit.
